This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from nitrosnowboardshop.com (the “Site”).
Personal Information We Collect

The processing is carried out in order to handle your withdrawal, assign it to your contract, and send you the legally required acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as by e-mail.

Adobe Typekit
The script code “Adobe Typekit” from Adobe Systems Incorporated 345 Park Avenue San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (hereinafter: Adobe) is integrated on this website. This serves to protect our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balance of interests, in a uniform presentation of the content on our website in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In this context, a connection is established between the browser you are using and the Adobe servers. As a result, Adobe gains knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address.
Adobe is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. As a result of this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has determined an appropriate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

Zendesk
We use the e-mail ticketing system of the following provider to process customer requests: Zendesk International Ltd, 55 Charlemont Place, Saint Kevin's, Dublin D02 F985, Ireland
If you make contact requests by e-mail via our website, these are stored and organised in the ticketing system to enable chronological processing and to improve the service experience. You can always view the current status of the processing of your request via the individually assigned ticket number.
For the organisation and processing of requests, personal data is collected according to the scope of its provision, but in any case surname, first name and e-mail address, transferred to the provider, stored there and processed.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in the efficient design of our customer service, in answering your request as quickly as possible and in optimising our service offer in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR.
We have concluded an order processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
Electronic withdrawal function via Formcrafts
We use Formcrafts, a third-party service provider, to create and manage online forms for customer inquiries, registrations, surveys, warranty requests, event sign-ups, and other communications.
When you submit a form through our website, we collect and process the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, company details, message content, and any other information entered into the form. We use this information solely for the purpose specified in the respective form and to manage our relationship with you.
The processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where you have provided consent, and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in providing efficient communication and customer service.
Formcrafts acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes personal data only in accordance with our instructions. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards have been implemented to ensure the protection of personal data.
Information submitted through forms may be stored and processed by Formcrafts and its authorized subprocessors. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms, are implemented where required.
